WHO WILL ATTEND? The National Latino/Hispanic AIDS Leadership Summit is an educational and priority setting process for those interested in responding to the impact of HIV/AIDS in the Latino/Hispanic communities.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: January 11, 2008
Space is limited. Please register.

REGISTRATION FEE: The registration fee for the Summit is $150 which includes the costs of the Summit program, materials and activities.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Attendees of the National Latino/Hispanic AIDS Leadership Summit are responsible for traveling and lodging expenses. Rooms have been set-aside at the Washington Plaza hotel at the rate of $139 (single/double). You must call reservations at 202.842.1300 or visit https://www.washingtonplazahotel.com/ to make your reservations before December 29, 2007. If making reservations over the phone, mention the group booking code, LATINO AIDS SUMMIT. For online registration use the Attendee Code 6587. .

TRANSPORTATION: The Washington Plaza does not provide a shuttle service from the airport. Below is a list of transportation options that you can take to get to the Plaza. For a complete list of transportation options, please visit washingtonplazahotel.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A $25 cancellation fee will be accessed to registration refunds. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations received after Friday, January 11, 2008.

- From Dulles International Airport: The nearest Metro station is West Falls Church (orange line). You need to take a Washington Flier bus to the West Falls Church station. At the station, take the Metro Orange Line to the McPherson Square Station.
